Aller (asturiano: Ayer) es un municipio de la Comunidad Autónoma del Principado de Asturias, España. Limita al norte con Mieres, al sur con la provincia de León, al este con Laviana, Caso y Sobrescobio, y al oeste con Lena.
El municipio está atravesado por el río Aller, que desemboca en el Caudal. Cerca de la confluencia, el Aller forma un profundo valle entre empinadas laderas cubiertas de bosque. El municipio, junto con los de Lena y Mieres, forma la cuenca carbonífera del Caudal. La principal actividad económica ha sido la minería del carbón, especialmente en la parte baja del valle, aunque la agricultura y la ganadería también son importantes. Las torres de las minas de carbón y los edificios de las comunidades mineras dominan el paisaje.

The apartment is very, very nice. Everything is new and very clean. It is a really comfortable place to spend a few days. The location is very good. We, in addition to visiting the area, which is very nice, we moved by car to other parts of Asturias without having to make very long journeys. And the price is very good compared to many accommodations in the area. Also the owners are very kind and attentive, they do their best to make your stay satisfactory.
